How we monetise together

enmacc’s hybrid commercial model ensures that both partners and customers benefit from our seamless integrations. Here’s how we structure our fees:

API access fee (standard charge to customers)

• enmacc charges customers a fixed fee for the deal capture API based on the size of the account.
• This fee is standard across all integrations, ensuring consistency and predictability for customers.

Integration & implementation fees

• First-time integration costs are handled case-by-case.
• Customers may pay a one-time setup fee to the ETRM provider.
• enmacc provides technical support & sandbox access during development.
• We work with partners to minimise friction in onboarding new customers.

Revenue share for partners

• ETRM providers that refer customers to enmacc earn a share of the API fees.
• Jointly onboarded customers benefit from a discounted integration fee.

Joint billing option (optional for seamless customer experience)

• Customers can receive a single invoice covering both enmacc’s API fee and the ETRM’s integration fee.
• Alternatively, partners and enmacc can bill separately.
